Training in Silence
How do you manage a team or deliver content without words? The potential of executives proves itself especially outside of daily routine in crisis and borderline situations. To be deprived of ones language and natural means of expression is certainly an important experience and will strongly touch all participants of a management training in complete silence. However, under the guidance of deaf trainers and coaches concentration and communication is strengthened. Experiencing the own limitations together strengthens empathy and creates a strong sense of belonging within the group. Creativity and improvisation skills are developed and help to find a common "voice".
The Training in Silence is meant as an impulse which is transferred into everyday working life by means of a follow-up. Participants will for example learn how to maintain eye contact or what they communicate through body language and facial expression. They get to know new strengths and experience a training which will have a long-lasting effect.
